Job description

· Report all problems pertaining to guest’s satisfaction with the reservation and seating procedure received immediately to Restaurant Manager
· Check the restaurant service area and the Menu before service begin
· Maintain all table allocation
· Follow all procedure and reservation system
· Proper in greet the customer in friendly manner using the Restaurant Style
· Acknowledge repeating guest & greet them by name
· Make the reservation
· Taking care of the guest’s inquiries
· Escort guest to table and help them to sit by pulling out the chair (lady first)
· Know seating pattern to prevent overcrowd and obtain by using seating flow plan
