Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, boat transfers, or communication center.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum two years' experience in a five star hotel/ resort in a similar capacity
·  Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Good communication skills.
·  Should be fluent in Korean and English language.
