As a Housekeeping Public Areas Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and polished environment in the hotel's public spaces. From the lobby to the corridors and restrooms, your dedication to cleanliness and detail ensures that every guest's first impression is a lasting one. Your work helps maintain the heart and soul of our hotel—its shared spaces.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other common spaces, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness standards.

Replenish supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and other amenities in public restrooms.

·
Keep all floors, windows, and surfaces clean and polished throughout the day.

·
Monitor cleanliness and promptly address spills, trash, or maintenance issues in public spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and colleagues.

Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks during high-occupancy periods or as needed.

·
Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or lost and found items to the appropriate department.

·
Follow safety and sanitation procedures, respecting guest privacy and adhering to hotel protocols at all times.

·
Bring a positive attitude and take pride in every task—no matter how big or small—to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we would love about you:

Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.

· 
Legal right to work and reside in Spain.

· 
Fluency in Spanish is essential for communication with the team and operations.

· 
A positive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

· 
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· 
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
