Head Mixologist

Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the outlet's bar operations in the hotel. To develop the signature cocktail program in our restaurants and equipping the team of bartenders in delivering the unique cocktails.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 3 years work experience as cocktail mixologist in well-known cocktail bar or restaurants.
·  Good operational and interpersonal skills are a must.
