Guest Services Officer - Food & Beverage

We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic F&B team.

What you will do:

· Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
· Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
· Ensure a seamless experience by handling guests’ enquiries and managing reservations in a professional manner
· Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
· Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

Qualifications :

What you should have:

·  Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
·  Good communication and language skills
·  A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
·  Passionate in food & beverage
