Job description
As our Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our Hyatt Asia Pacific Hub.
Key Responsibilities will be:
· Provide warm welcome for all visitors and project Hyatt’s brand image
· Oversee end-to-end coordination of our Hub’s meeting rooms
· Ensure the Hub is well-maintained and well-stocked with guest supplies
· Collaborate with teams to support internal events for smooth execution
· Provide administrative support to the Executive Office when required

Qualifications :
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Guest Services Coordinator or in a similar role preferably within the hospitality industry
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in English is essential; multilingualism is considered a significant plus
· Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Normal working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, with flexibility to change subject to special occasion
