Summary

What you will do:

· Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
· Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information
· Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
· Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests

·  Good communication language skills
