Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relations Manager is responsible to plan, organise and monitor all recreational activities of the hotel, in close relation with the operational departments of the property.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager- Guest Relations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
