Front Office – Guest Experience Team Leader
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Front Office – Guest Experience Team Leader who will be responsible to assist Front Office Manager in leading the Guest Experience focused on increasing guest satisfaction by creating memorable Signature Experiences in all service Touch Points within the hotel.
This position is ranked from as Team Leader, and will report to the Front Office Manager.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
· Fluent both in English and Korean.
