Front Office – Guest Experience Team Leader / Assistant Manager
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Front Office – Guest Experience Team Leader / Assistant Manager who will be responsible to assist Front Office Manager in leading the Guest Experience focused on increasing guest satisfaction by creating memorable Signature Experiences in all service Touch Points within the hotel.
This position is ranked from as Team Leader / Assistant Manager, and will report to the Front Office Manager.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office in a hotel.
· Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
· Fluent both in English and Korean.
