Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Guest Service Center Agent to join our Rooms Division team in Niseko. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries and internal communication, primarily over the phone or via messaging systems. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is able to provide courteous, accurate, and prompt assistance while representing the Park Hyatt brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle all incoming guest calls and internal communications efficiently and professionally
· Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local area details
· Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
· Log, follow up, and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner
· Uphold Park Hyatt's brand and service standards at every point of contact
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality call center environment preferred
· Clear and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Fluency in both Japanese and English, with professional phone etiquette in both languages
