Job description
· You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to internal customers who are your collegues.
· To prepare a consistent, high quality Learning materials and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports Human Resources and Hyatt International standards.
· Ensures that all associates’ learning records are kept up to date.
· Actively participate in events for colleagues.
· Manage and support managing and recruiting Trainees.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Must hold Korean Nationality or eligible to work in Korea(no visa supported)
· More than a year experience in 5 Star Hotel or 2 years of L&D experience in a hospitality industry.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
· Passionate in training/learning and willing to come up with new ideas
· Bright and easy going personality
· Maintains equipment and materials and ensures records up to date
· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, PowerPoint etc. and related business and communication tools
· Artistic sense is a must to make posters and edit videos in line with Hyatt standard
