You are a dynamic, inspiring and confident leader who creates memorable food & beverage experiences that connect people to who and what matters. You are passionate and responsible to provide leadership for the mezza9 team, working closely with other departments to efficiently manage the outlet in line with operating concept and standards, whilst meeting associates, guests and owner expectations. You will be competent to manage the outlet as a successful independent profit centre ensuring maximum guest satisfaction whilst operating within budget. Being a good conversationalist, you enjoy engaging clients and guests, and develop strong relationships with them by caring for their needs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Relevant degree or diploma
·  A dynamic team leader with 2 years of work experience as Restaurant Manager in an international luxury hotel or a reputable large restaurant
·  Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork
·  Proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems.
·  Detail-oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills.
·  Possess strong food and beverage knowledge. Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits and beer.
