What you will do as a Front Office Manager

· Oversee the smooth running of the department
· Coaching, training and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the team
· Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Monitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximising revenue
· Recruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to join the department
· Manage administrative tasks such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information
