Job description

· Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular
· Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically.
· Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
· Maintain the Front Office – Host daily Log book.
· Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner.
· Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
· Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
· Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
· Familiar with the hotel’s products and services.
· Implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.
· Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
· Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible hospitality and experience during the Arrival, stay and departure.
· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
· Deliver signature experiences for each of the touchpoints a customer has during a Park Hyatt journey.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
·  Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
·  Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
·  Strong in leadership and business acumen
·  Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
