Park Hyatt Saigon occupies a prime position in central Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam (District 1), overlooking the elegant Opera House on Lam Son Square. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Hyatt's most iconic luxury hotels. You will work alongside experienced hospitality professionals and gain exposure within Rooms operations, building a strong foundation for a future career in luxury hospitality.

As an Intern, you will support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while learning the operational aspects of Front Desk, Guest Services functions. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while gaining valuable insight into Hyatt's service culture and luxury hospitality standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field

· 
Available for a 6-month internship intake in Q2 or Q4 2027

· 
Strong passion for guest service and hospitality

· 
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

· 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

· 
Please note that this opportunity is open to candidates who already have valid work authorization in Vietnam. Visa sponsorship and work permit support are not available for this position.
