We're seeking a confident, service-driven Front Office Duty Manager to lead front office operations and deliver standout guest experiences. You'll be the face of the hotel on shift—setting the tone, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain a vibrant, high-energy lobby environment that reflects the StandardX brand
· Act as the go-to leader on shift—visible, approachable, and solution-focused
· Oversee daily front office operations including reception and guest services
· Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism
· Ensure seamless check-in/check-out and reservations management
· Monitor occupancy, room allocations, and VIP arrivals
· Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with reporting, cash handling, and administrative duties

Qualifications :

About You

·  Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a hotel environment
·  Experience in lifestyle or boutique hospitality preferred
·  Strong leadership and communication skills
·  Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
·  Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera or similar) preferred
·  Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
·  Possess a "can do" mindset
