Ready to elevate your career? We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time Front of House Supervisor to join our iconic rooftop bar destination, Zephyr.

Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is an outdoor rooftop bar with unrivalled views of Darling Harbour. The Role :

As Zephyr’s Front of House Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our operations by providing support and assistance to the Outlet and Assistant Managers. In this fast-paced and vibrant environment you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests. You will lead our team of Hosts and Floor Staff by being actively present throughout busy service periods to ensure all departmental standards and procedures are met.

Responsibilities Include:

· Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of shifts
· Providing regular training and coaching to new and existing team members
· Overseeing the management of booking system and reservations
· Achieving high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure success
· Competently handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
· Adopting processes and developing strategies to maximise profitability

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Previous experience with leading and coaching a team in similar role and/or environment
· Ability to provide professional and exceptional customer service
· Can thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
· High competency in organization, multi-tasking and delegation
· Excellent presentation and grooming
· Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
· Full working rights in Australia
· Current RSA
· Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
