We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to our Lobby Lounge team.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. The Role:
Located in the heart of the hotel, Lobby Lounge offers a place for old friends and new to connect and relax. This venue is an intimate, casual and elegant space, which pays homage to the harbour side location of the hotel.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Lobby Lounge, you will play an important role in the operation. With a passion for people and service, you will go above and beyond for our valued guests. This is an all-rounder role, where with a welcoming manner you will take orders, serve dishes, make menu recommendations and prepare drinks including coffee and alcoholic beverages.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
· Prior experience in a similar role
· Barista skills and knowledge
· A passion for people and service
· A friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
· Valid, Australian working rights
· Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster with shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
· A valid NSW RSA
