Job description
You will be responsible for efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for functioning as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, to the standard of the hotel, and are individually profitable.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience as an F&B Manager or as a Senior Restaurant Manager within a larger operation. Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience in banqueting will be considered an added advantage.
