·  3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
·  Strong leadership and communication skills
·  Ability to manage budgets and control costs
·  Proficient in menu planning and development
·  Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend
