Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Food and Beverage Server / Hostess – All Day Dining Restaurant w ith a strong background and experience in food and beverage server or Hostess at luxury hotel, strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Food and Beverage Server / Hostess will be responsible for providing guests with all services and assistance connected with their dining experience.

Key responsibilities:

Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

·
Responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships.

·
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

·
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items.

·
To take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established service sequence.

·
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

· 
Minimum 1 (one) year work experience in hotel operations.

· 
Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel.

· 
Strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.

· 
Excellent knowledge of menu items, International or Asian cuisine and presentation standards.

· 
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention.

· 
Impeccable grooming and presentation.

· 
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· 
Multilingual skills are a plus.

· 
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
