Alila Villas Uluwatu is one of the charming 5 star Bali resorts located at Uluwatu, Bali with contemporary facilities. If so, this may be the role for you, Executive Sous Chef at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for our luxurious gourmet creations. Reporting to our Executive Chef, this role will continuously enhancing our guest gastronomy journey
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, particularly Southeast Asian and Mediterranean, with a focus on sustainable, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
· Proven ability to develop and implement innovative menus that align with the luxury brand standards of Alila Villas Uluwatu.
