Events Trainee (Internship)

If you are passionate about hospitality, event planning, and creating memorable experiences, this internship gives you the opportunity to learn the full cycle of event coordination within a luxury hotel environment.

The Events Trainee plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Events department, assisting in client communication, preparing event documentation, coordinating site inspections, and supporting event execution.

Qualifications :

What You'll Do

·  Assist the Events team in managing client enquiries , understanding event needs, and preparing proposals and event confirmations
·  Support in the creation and distribution of BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and internal communication for event execution
·  Participate in client site inspections , helping with preparation, coordination, and hosting
·  Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, social, and MICE events , ensuring smooth communication between departments
·  Collaborate with Banqueting, Sales, F&B, Rooms, and other departments to ensure event requirements are met
·  Help update and maintain event files, calendars, and CRM records
·  Support with event‑related administrative tasks such as signage, seating plans, rooming lists, and timelines
·  Assist with post‑event follow‑up , feedback collection, and reporting
·  Conduct small side missions such as market research, competitor analysis, and event‑trend insights

Who You Are

·  Student of Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management, Business, or similar
(able to sign an internship agreement)
·  Fluent in Spanish and English;
·  Organized, proactive, communicative, and detail‑oriented
·  Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment
·  Available for a minimum of 5 months
·  Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
