You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
You will be required to act as a sales specialist in the area of events and catering. This covers the relationship building and account management, as well as event management.
Ideal candidate profile
· Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations in a luxury international brand hotel.
· Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
· Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
