Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales and Marketing and other employees.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management or Marketing. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
