负责预定部的日常运作。

To oversee the Reservation department daily operations.

通过有效的市场趋势分析、发现新的商业机会、有效地管理资料库、收益管理及价格策略,协助营运总监和市场销售部总监以及各营收部门不断实现利润显著化。

To assist the Director of Operations and Director of Sales & Marketing and the revenue departments in maximizing revenue and yield through business trend analysis, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining, revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.

追踪及反馈酒店市场途径、程序及系统使用的有效性,包括商业机会、收益管理、房态管理及灵活而有竞争力的价格策略。

To monitor and provide feedback on the hotel's effective use of Hyatt systems, tools and procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management and dynamic pricing to maximize Hyatt's competitive advantage in the marketplace.

紧密与市场传讯部紧密合作和确认市场沟通渠道及方式是和酒店的目标客户群是一致的。

To work in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing Communication to ensure the chosen marketing communications are consistent with the hotel's targeted customer's profile, preferences, and behaviors

通过房态使用情况和价格管理为有效实现利润目标的过程提供战略性建议。

To provide strategic consultation on effective revenue generating processes through Spirit / Reserve inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution.

检测及确保所有分销渠道是符合凯悦酒店集团的价格策略等。

To ensure distribution through all channels is inline with Hyatt Hotels Corporation International Distribution strategy and closely monitor business shifts between channels (Channel Management) and etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
