The Director of Food & Beverage functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage operation, including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Events. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Oversees the all F&B operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service within the hotel operated by Hyatt.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all dining venues, ensuring quality, efficiency and exceptional service
· Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the Food and Beverage operations in the front and back of the house
· Prepare and manage the food and beverage budget, optimizing and generating revenue and controlling costs while maintaining high standards.
· Develop strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction, including special events, tastings, and culinary demonstrations.
· Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Leadership Committee
· Develop, recommend & implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs.
· Direct and oversee development of colleagues.
· Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel and performance reviews
· Coordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
· Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
· Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
· Maintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
· Performing daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
· Maintain communications with corporate team
· Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures

Qualifications :
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role is an expatriate with the following criteria:
· Proven leadership and communication skills.
· Relevant experience in 5-star luxury hotels or luxury resorts (preferably with Hyatt background).
· Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
· Knowledgeable of F&B operations and industry trends.
