Director of Food & Beverage

Job description

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our dynamic and exciting Food & Beverage team, operating 6 outlets and events. Our Resort and recently appointed Residences continue to elevate and innovate their guest experiences, we hope you can be part of our journey.

This Leadership Committee role is exposed to Hyatt Corporate F&B and will be engaged in the upcoming Andaz F&B projects for 2025, it reports directly to the Resort Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B
* Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Renovation and project management experience
* Luxury Resort or Beach experience
*Fun, creative, vibe
