As Director of Finance, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of the hotel during its pre-opening phase and beyond. Reporting directly to the General Manager and serving on the Executive Committee, you will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, procurement, compliance, systems management, and team development. Your leadership will ensure fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and alignment with Hyatt's global standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute financial strategies for the hotel's pre-opening and post-opening phases
· Represent Finance on the hotel's Executive Committee and collaborate with department heads to support business goals
· Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting
· Ensure compliance with local tax laws, Hyatt policies, and regulatory standards
· Manage internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation systems
· Support strategic planning through scenario analysis, ESG reporting, and investment planning
· Lead digital transformation initiatives including automation and cloud-based systems
· Administer contracts, licenses, insurance, and legal documentation in coordination with relevant parties
· Monitor financial KPIs and provide insights to guide operational and strategic decisions
· Oversee recruitment, training, and development of Finance and IS teams
· Promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement

主な業務内容

· ホテル開業前および開業後の財務戦略と業務の統括
· リーダーシップエグゼクティブコミッティの一員として、事業目標を支える財務方針の策定と実行
· 会計・予算・予測・調達・財務報告の管理
· 地元の税法、ハイアットのポリシー、規制基準の遵守
· 内部統制、監査、リスク管理体制の構築と運用
· 戦略的計画支援（シナリオ分析、ESG報告、投資計画など）
· 業務の自動化やクラウド型会計システム導入などのデジタル変革の推進
· 契約・ライセンス・保険・法的文書の管理と関係者との連携
· 財務KPIの監視と分析による運営・戦略判断の支援
· 財務・情報システム部門の採用・研修・育成の統括
· 誠実さ・革新性・継続的改善を重視した文化の推進

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
·  Minimum 2 years' experience as Director or Assistant Director of Finance in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
·  Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
·  Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
·  Deep understanding of financial systems, tax regulations, and internal controls
·  Proven ability to communicate effectively with Japanese local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external auditors
·  Fluency in Japanese and English

応募資格

·  財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号または同等の資格
·  ライフスタイルまたはラグジュアリーブランドホテルにおける経理部長Director / 経理部副部長またはAssistant Director of Financeとしての実務経験（最低2年）
·  ホテルの開業準備経験があれば尚可
·  優れたリーダーシップ、分析力、戦略的思考力
·  財務システム、税制、内部統制に関する深い理解
·  地方自治体や監督官庁、外部監査機関との円滑なコミュニケーション能力と対応力
·  日本語と英語の流暢な会話・読み書き能力
