Job Opening : Demi Chef de Parties – Pastry

We are currently seeking talented and passionate Demi Chef de Parties to join our Pastry Kitchen at Miraval The Red Sea – a luxury wellness resort committed to mindful living, balance, and exceptional culinary experiences.

Creative pastry professionals with strong knowledge of international pastry production, who are driven by innovation, precision, and wellness-focused food philosophy. Ideal candidates will bring not only technical skill but also a deep understanding of natural ingredients and nutritional awareness to support our unique Miraval concept.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality pastry production for wellness-focused menus
• Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations.
• Bring creative input aligned with international trends and healthy indulgence
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Qualifications & Requirements – Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry & Bakery)
·
Education & Experience
·
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, specializing in Pastry & Bakery, from a recognized institution.
·
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury resort, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
·
Previous exposure to international pastry and bakery production preferred.
·
Experience working in wellness-oriented or health-conscious kitchens is an advantage.
·
Technical Skills
·
Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry & bakery techniques.
·
Ability to prepare, bake, and finish breads, viennoiseries, cakes, plated desserts, and healthy alternatives (gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free).
·
Understanding of portion control, consistency, and quality standards in high-volume production.
·
Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
·
Strong knife skills and ability to operate pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
·
