The Role

You're a modern day Concierge, an ambassador for our amazing city and an out of the box thinker who is passionate about creating unique Melbourne experiences for our guests. You'll join our fabulous Guest Relations team and take centre stage in our lobby to ensure that the care you show for our guests extends to everyone whose lives you touch within the hotel. Whether a guest wants a bath full of strawberries or singing dolphin you'll do your best to assist with each and every request.

Day to Day

· Look at all guest requests in a creative and innovative manner.
· Direct guests around Melbourne and the facilities of the hotel.
· Book outstanding restaurant experiences.
· Handle sightseeing and airport transfer bookings.
· Manage all courier and mail items for guests.
· Solve problems for guests that they may encounter.
· Respond to email enquiries from future guests.

Desired profile

What we are looking for?

·  MUST have a strong knowledge of Melbourne (attractions, restaurants, landmarks etc).
·  Be creative, passionate and show a love of caring for people.
·  Amazing customer service skills, as you will be constantly liaising hotel guests and patrons.
·  Be a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively within the entire hotel.
·  A strong understanding of computer skills including MS Office.
·  Have unrestricted visa and working rights in Australia.
