The Commis will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Proven experience as a Commis Pastry or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

· Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

· Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

· Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for food.

· Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
