Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Commis will be responsible for producing food in outlet within Grand Hyatt Jakarta. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 years experience in the same position from 5 start hotel or a high-end Japanese Restaurant are preferred, Sound of Standard for Hygiene and Sanitation
