Job description
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Cold Kitchen is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of food items for various outlets and events.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
· Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
· Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
