Job description
· Assist and preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to the recipe and standard to deliver quality of food.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen
· Support the team during busy period and ensure timely service
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work in past-paced environment
· Flexibility to work various shifts.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
· Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
· Knowledge on Chinese, Asian and Thai Cuisines
