Job description

As Cluster Revenue Manager, you are responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data. You will be a key member of the senior management team and closely involved in the strategic direction of the Fort. You will be responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization by setting strategic direction, creating promotions, and exploring new distribution opportunities.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a Luxury /resort property is a must
· Excellent communication skills, relationship skills and negotiation skills
· Thrive on working to achieve challenging targets
· High energy, enjoy working under pressure and with a great eye for detail
· Fluent in English
Previous Systems Experience:
· PMS – Opera
· RMS – PRIO
· CRS – RESERVE
· CRM – GEM / IBM Email

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Degree/Diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related major.
