As a member of the hotel Management team, The Digital Marketing Executive is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate Leadership. This position reports to the Cluster Director of Sales.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or conversions. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
·  1+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
·  Proficient in digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
·  Experience managing social media channels and executing performance-based campaigns.
·  Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
·  A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and user behavior.
·  Indonesian passport holders/WNI
