Job description

Duties and responsibilities related to the In-Room Dining Waiter/ess role

· Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
· Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.
· Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
· Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

About you

Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
