Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our development team. You’ll join a team of 3 to 5 field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Development, DevOps, Security and Leadership teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers, product owners, and QA to build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications. You should be comfortable working on backend development and eager to take ownership of your work. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be expected to contribute to technical discussions, write clean and maintainable code, and help shape the direction of our backend systems.

· Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices.
· Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
· Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers when needed.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience Required:

·  3–5 years of professional experience in back-end software development.
·  Proficiency in C# and the .NET/.NET Core framework.
·  Strong API development and integration background (JSON/SOAP/WCF/REST/XML).
·  Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
·  Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Experience Preferred:

·  Comfortable using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
·  Cloud development experience with Azure and Application Insights.
·  Experience with version control systems including TFVC and Git.
·  Familiar with older .NET frameworks and Visual Basic.
·  Travel industry experience.
