Job description
We are looking for a young and talented Chef de Partie who has flexibility to be a team player working with overall kitchen operation.
Someone who:
· has the discipline to handle a freedom in creativity, explore new techniques and is a hands-on leader
· enable the team by ensuring food quality, equipment and hygiene standards are always met, expectations are communicated, and recipes are current
· scheduling, training, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that hygiene standards (HACCP) are maintained
· lead by example and display good communication skills, fairness and clear direction in leading the team
Supporting Sous Chef in Kitchen operational activities including preparation, production, quality assurance, and providing continuous guidance to subordinates to reach and maintain food production overall quality under Executive Chef direction.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
· Culinary qualifications
· Previous experience in high quality cuisine at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef level
· A passion for great food!
· Leadership and communication skills
· Good knowledge of HACCP best practices
· Good English language skills
