Job Opening: Chef de Parties – Pastry
Location: Miraval The Red Sea
Start Date: December 1, 2025
We are currently seeking talented and passionate Chef de Parties to join our Pastry Kitchen at Miraval The Red Sea – a luxury wellness resort committed to mindful living, balance, and exceptional culinary experiences.
What We're Looking For:
Creative pastry professionals with strong knowledge of international pastry production, who are driven by innovation, precision, and wellness-focused food philosophy. Ideal candidates will bring not only technical skill but also a deep understanding of natural ingredients and nutritional awareness to support our unique Miraval concept.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality pastry production for wellness-focused menus
• Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations, menu development, and training
• Bring creative input aligned with international trends and healthy indulgence
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications
·
Diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts.
·
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Pastry CDP or equivalent role in a luxury resort or wellness-driven property.
·
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, bread, chocolate work, and plated desserts.
·
Passion for wellness-inspired, natural, and locally sourced ingredients.
·
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·
Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player.
·
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
·
Previous Hyatt or wellness resort experience is an advantage.
Physical Demands
·
Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
·
Capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
·
Comfortable working in hot and fast-paced kitchen environments.
