Job description
· Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
· Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
· Directly responsible for the preparation, production, and decoration of all pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring they meet the 5-star hotel's standards.
· Create new recipes and develop the menu to meet customer demands and special event requirements.
· Train and mentor new staff on baking techniques and hotel standards.
· Control inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders for ingredients as needed.
· Collaborate with other kitchen departments to ensure a cohesive culinary experience.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
More than 1 year experience as a position of Commis (Pastry) in the 5 star international hotels.
