Your Role
Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland
As our Business Development Manager , you will support our LAC region properties by leading efforts to expand our presence across key European markets—the United Kingdom and Ireland. Representing Hyatt’s all-inclusive portfolio, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, foster valuable partnerships, and boost revenue through strong industry relationships. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with deep market knowledge and a passion for hospitality and travel.
Your Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to increase brand visibility and bookings across assigned markets.
· Identify and pursue new opportunities in the leisure, corporate, and group travel sectors.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts, and other strategic partners.
· Lead impactful sales presentations, training sessions, and FAM (familiarization) trips.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
· Meet or exceed sales targets through tailored packages, offers, and promotional campaigns.
· Report on sales performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior leadership.
· Represent Hyatt All-Inclusive Hotels at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
· Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to ensure regional alignment with overall brand strategy.
· Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the value and experience of the all-inclusive product offering.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
· Multiple years of sales experience in the assigned markets.
· Knowledge of the Hyatt Prive strategies, HIC resort, and existing leisure luxury channels and segments.
· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management experience.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
· Solid understanding of the hospitality industry is essential.
· Must be willing and able to travel extensively across assigned regions.
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
