What you will do:
· Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards
· Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests and ensuring efficient running of the ramp
· Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
