Job description
· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
· Customize beverages based on guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
· Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing questions or concerns.
· Upsell and recommend beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
· Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
· Troubleshoot and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly.
· Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
· Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and maintain transaction records when required.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, seating areas, and storage spaces.
· Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
· Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products to minimize waste.
· Assist in training and supporting new team members.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
· Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
· Represent the brand by maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or café setting.
· Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
