Responsibilities

·
Production and management of bread products supplied to various outlets within the hotel

·
Development of a wide range of bread products

·
Lamination work (e.g., Danish pastries, croissants, etc.)

·
Supervision of bakery kitchen hygiene and staff management

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications / Preferred Requirements

· 
Experience in luxury hotels and professional bread bakeries

· 
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in the relevant field

· 
Foreign language communication skills preferred (English, Chinese)

· 
Possession of relevant certifications

· 
Mandatory work location: Jeju
