Hyatt is extremely pleased to prepare the opening for the Grand Hyatt Jeju with a new vision of the Grand Hyatt brand in Jeju, reflective of the island's unique environment, and providing travelers with our first-class integrated resort service and hospitality. The hotel will be one of the largest Hyatt hotels with 1,600 rooms, 14 food and beverage outlets, and approximately 1,200 square meters of meeting space, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, two spas (Western and Korean) with a total of eight treatment rooms and a kids club. Grand Hyatt Jeju has an exciting and unique career opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join the team as Human Resources Manager reporting to the Director of Human Resources

General purpose of job is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt's Value and Culture throughout the hotel. To assit Director of Human Resources to ensure that the Department's activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.

Qualifications :

To be Successful in This Role, You Will Require to Have

•A minimum of Three years' experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources or personnel Manager in a big operation.

•Hotel Opening experience and understanding of casino integrated resort operations.

•Relevant studies or experience (Bachelor degree minimum) with focus in Business, Hotel Management and/or Tourism & Hospitality.

• Solid knowledge of Labor Law in South Korea market and Fluency (read, speak and write) in both Korean and English.
