We are looking for professional Assistant Manager - Communications in our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and employees within the hotel and for external communications.
· Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of Communications team.
· Provides quality service to guests, staff, and incoming calls and a wide range of information pertaining to the hotel and activities in and around the city.
· Assist with the maintenance of the telecommunication devices and systems within the hotel.
· Identifies, plans and conducts training programs for employees.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Sufficient experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a similar environment
· Well developed Communication, Telephone and Customer Relations Skills.
· Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems.
· Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
· Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry
· Diploma/degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable.
