Position Summary:
The Assistant Beverage Manager will support the creation, execution, and management of a mindful, wellness-forward beverage program across multiple resort venues. From cold-pressed juices to botanical infusions and functional mocktails, this role helps define the beverage identity of Miraval through creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in curating a wellness-focused beverage program tailored to Miraval’s ethos: Life in Balance

·
Support pre-opening setup, including equipment selection, SOP development, and team onboarding

·
Collaborate with culinary, spa, and wellness teams to create integrated beverage offerings

·
Lead day-to-day service operations and ensure guest satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service

·
Support training and coaching of colleagues to ensure knowledge, consistency, and storytelling in beverage presentation

·
Monitor inventory, cost control, and quality assurance for all beverage outlets

·
Ensure all beverage service areas meet health and safety standards in line with local and Hyatt guidelines

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
2–4 years of experience in a leadership role within beverage operations, preferably in luxury or wellness-focused environments

· 
Strong creativity in non-alcoholic, functional, and wellness-centric beverage creation

· 
Pre-opening and SOP development experience is a plus

· 
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments

· 
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

· 
Knowledge of beverage trends, food pairing, and service excellence in a five-star resort setting

· 
Passion for hospitality, wellness, sustainability, and guest engagement
